•Fully support MMC systems in compliance with the recognized standard ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) Requirements in order to get the required ISO 9001 certification.
•Assisted and supported the staff to maintain best practices of project management in its projects and corporate as part of continual improvement program of MMC Company’s Management Systems.
•Assisted and supported the company top management on the conduct of the management review meetings.
•Provided staff awareness and promotion through conducted workshops and presentations on the various aspects of the corporate and project management. •Conducted ISO 9001:2008 QMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor training course to the selected staff of MMC. The course has been approved by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).
•Support MMC on the Third-Party auditing and certification processes towards the achievement of ISO certification.
