Client: China Jiangsu Co. Ltd

•These third-party services are provided by ABC to China Jiangsu as the General Contractor in terms of contractual requirements of Mushaireb construction project and Qatari Diar as the Client’s requirements. The scope of works are composed of two main aspects:
1.Project Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) Services.
2.Project Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Services.
•The main duties of ABC as QA/QC and OHS Third-Party services provider as follows:
-Be responsible for the overall project issues regarding the QA/QC and OHS activities and services.
-Keep the General Contractor fully and properly informed on all aspects of the quality and safety and provide with such other information in connection with the project as the Client and/ or the Consultant may reasonably require.
-Use all reasonable endeavors to facilitate the project to be completed within the agreed quality and safety requirements.
-Advise China Jiangsu of any quality or safety matter that is reasonably likely to delay the completion of the project or increase the cost thereof, and advice on measures to mitigate or avoid such delays or cost increases.
